There was still some remaining bugs, I prefer to have a clean version than a new update every 3 days... V4.6.4 seems to be the "good one", so be patient... 😉 

Thats good news, I will look forward to it. At least I can then reward my subscribers with an achievement  🙂
 

I've got a pre-release patch through support that works. An official patch should be released in the next 24h.
Regarding the calendar rules, it seems nearly obvious I was wrong (they work).

I feel a little better that you are having issues, in a good way of course, which means perhaps its not just me. 
Ive tried several ways, but they simply do not work 😞

Anyone had similar issues, or if anyone has set it up, perhaps a screen shot to see if its just me.

Yes, I have had several members purchase the yearly subscription, but none have received the points or the badge? 

I can tell you right now the system is only counting specific things to get points.  I want to say the only things that are counting towards points are actions around Comments, Reviews and Topics.  Everything else is not working. So for us Reactions on Gallery, Files, Tutorials, Videos, etc....all are not working.  You could easily see this or test it by going into the ACP and looking at the Manage Points detail for any user, from there it will tell you what points that user is or is not receiving.
We have rebuilt points probably like 10 times testing it and nothing is working.

@Pyrotechnic, in addition to @Adriano Faria's plugin, you can achieve this out of the box using Group Promotions. To do so, set the default Members group to not have access to private messaging, and create a promotion rule that promotes the user to a group with PM permissions after reaching your desired level of posts (and/or any other option in the group promotion rules).
Edit: Seeing you were looking to avoid creating another member group--in that case, the plugin Adriano provided looks to be a good fit.
