These fields appear only when submitting the file. Anyway, that's my category settings:

So for the video below, I don't even use the UPLOAD field in the file category.

I uploaded a new version, changed nothing, and hit save. After a hard-refresh, the category image is gone:

I disabled the Save Previous Version? option but it doesn't make any difference.

The next step is to upload a new version and remove all screenshots. Save. Upload a new version with the screenshots.

Are the screenshots deleted or just not found? Perhaps the URL is messed up and/or a character set problem? I tried it on my dev site (upgraded from v4, no issues. PHP 8.3).

Upgrade, but I remember that the problem occurs with a new installation

The problem does not occur immediately after modifying the file, it may take a few hours

I tried it today on a new install, And the problem happened hours later

All titles are in English only.

Looking closer now, the file is definitively deleted, that's why it doesn't appear on the category view. It isn't on file view:

The file appeared in 3rd place. Now it's gone.

EDIT: but it appears on the UPLOAD NEW VERSION screen:

So Esther, maybe it is worth checking by the primary_screenshot, etc.

I can't reproduce this either, and I've really tried.

Next time it happens, please let us know ASAP (mmecham@invisionpower.com) or DM and I'll take a look at your site before your restore the screenshots to see what may be going on.

From what I can gather, the template does have an <img> tag, but the image URL no longer exists, yet all the uploaded images are still attached to the record, so I'm really unsure what is going on.

Not sure if this were triggered when I deleted all screenshots after saving with the problem. 

I’ll have to test it out later when I reach my PC.

Yeah, we have no idea. @Adriano Faria let us know when its in a broken state again and let us take a look before editing/fixing the broken files.
