Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SoloInter Posted November 10 Posted November 10 I don't know if it's more of a server-side configuration issue, a software-side issue, or if it's completely normal, but Redis continues to eat up the space reserved for it. Initially 256MB, which I increased to 1GB (without really knowing if it's "good" or "bad" to do that). Any advise ? What happend if it reach 1.00G ?
Jim M Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Hard to say without knowing your site and usage. Is this live? Lots of users?
Adlago Posted November 10 Posted November 10 For me, with version 5.03 Redis, no issue is observed. SoloInter 1

Right now "Who are online" say : 142 visitors. Google Analytics say : Beyond any potential issue, is it absurd to have 2-3GB of disk space for Redis? Isn't that counterproductive? SoloInter Posted November 10 Author Posted November 10 (edited) Other thing about config : I change something on Cloudflare today. Browser Cache TTL Time : 4h --> 1 month I don't know if it's doing something or not about Redis. Edited November 10 by SoloInter

Marc Posted November 11 Posted November 11 You would need to contact your server administrator on this. If you both believe it may be cloudflare though, it may be worth taking that out of the mix to test
SoloInter Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 (edited) I don’t think it’s Cloudflare. It was the same config than before. But I will test. Edited November 11 by SoloInter

We have check the issue with redis. Give us some time we will update you on this later. I will wait for their update before doing anything with Cloudflare. I will keep you informed
