Posted March 24, 20241 yr Hi, I have an Invision Community Suite license and I was confused about one thing -- my friend renewed her license a while back and received everything, Pages, and such, whereas I only have the Forums. Is there a difference between our two licenses, because she says she only paid the same renewal fee to move up to the newest version. Is it possible to find out why this happened, or why I didn't receive the same access that she did? Thanks for your time!
March 24, 20241 yr Community Expert You have the old license most likely, but it's possible to upgrade to a Classic License from your client area. Check this topic for more info:
March 25, 20241 yr Community Expert Its not possible for me to say for certain what your friend has, however you do not have the classic license type, which gives you all applications. If you go to your client area, you will see a banner which allows you to see what terms you can be offered to switch
