SJ77 Posted January 11 Author Posted January 11 um, here is a thread where google is talking about booting people off of chart.googleapis Is this possibly the root cause? Doesn't that impact invision power? Is there some fix? https://groups.google.com/g/google-visualization-api/c/Pzzya6ed14g G17 Media 1
G17 Media Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Is 2FA data really being sent to Google for rendering? 😕

Google doesn't need to render the code. 2FA/TOTP QR code generation does not require data being sent to Google. There is not a need for IPS to be sending these codes to Google for rendering, it could be done locally. Google Authenticator is one app for 2FA/TOTP codes, but you can use other apps. Even Google Authenticator itself does not transmit/backup TOTP codes to Google unless you activate its optional backup function. Edited January 14 by G17 Media
