Hi,

We have new register group as "Rookie", they should be promoted to "Regular" group after posting more than 50 posts.

I got pm from one of the member of that group "Rookie" indicated that he still not promoted to group "Regular" yet.

So i check at the Admincp and search and found many users still in that group even many had like 51 to 127 posts already in "Rookie" group, so the promotion for group is not working.

Before I get this escalated, could you please disable all 3rd party items. With those disabled, do a post as that person and see if it gets promoted.

Same thing, no promotion done.
