It was browser issue not to save, was using Chrome so I test with Firefox and it went fine.

At your site forum, click on the arrow to see and add the block you need, in your case it will in the right.

Can set best answer/solved for questions and topics

For per user, from ACP search for that user then edit profile data. Then change the title.
