I have a test installation on another domain seperate from the main community. I haven't upgraded it in a long time, but I attempted it today and the upgrade stalled with the following message... Â I am worried about moving my live community to the new server and then encountering the same issue, so I am looking for advice on how to resolve this ahead of time. Randy Calvert Posted August 3, 2023 Share Posted August 3, 2023 Have you confirmed imagemagik is installed and working on the new server?  You might need to switch to GD and then try again. Also if this is a new server, I would highly recommend making sure you run the compatibility checker script to make sure you have all of the prerequisites installed on the server, including the right versions of PHP.
