Member request PII data: Then I see this in the admin notification on ACP

Could contain: File, Webpage, Page, Text

Then when I click on checkmark. 

Could contain: First Aid, Text

as you see it says approve...

then you get this 

Could contain: Page, Text, File

Asking you if you want to delete the account suppose to be PII data request NOT deletion

Is this a bug or intended to be this way?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

    This issue has been resolved in the latest 4.7.11.1 release. Please upgrade your site to resolve this, and let us know if you have any further issues
