Sorry for the late reply, no I didn't.

I also didn't receive any auto reply when emailing support the other day, when I moved to the cloud, my emails went down for a few days, I suspect my email address has been blocked on your system.

Also, I have created a ticket on this so we can check in other areas

It's running through iCloud, absolutely no problems receiving emails from anyone else or through my own forum, it's just this one. Weird
