Posted April 12, 20231 yr Hi IPS, In 4.7.8 when replying to support ticket the text in dark theme became black (invisible):
April 12, 20231 yr Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
May 9, 20231 yr Solution This issue has been resolved in 4.7.10, which was just released. Please upgrade to that release if you are seeing this issue, and if you see any further problems, please let us know.
