Are you using my application Radical Tags by chance, and if so, have you updated it to the latest build? Only asking because this was a DEV mode specific bug that occurs in certain configurations. If not, it likely means some other application is triggering this warning. The warnings don't display outside of dev mode. Can you check your system log in the AdminCP?
