This typically happens when someone encounters a bunch of errors or makes too many requests in a certain amount of time. Randy Calvert Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 It's absolutely possible. If someone else on the same VPN is attacking a CiC site, the IPS firewall would block the IP address. It's very difficult to get information from members like that (I've just asked if the 403 were now resolved but he hasn't responded), but I'm going to assume that that was most likely the issue.
