Ramsesx Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 Following settings: created a newsletter, in the Member Filters section the only change was deselecting some member groups, but administrator, moderator and a usergroup containing 1 member was selected. So at least 3 members should get the newsletter. Saving gives error: Sorry, there is a problem 1C125/3 Based on the filters supplied, this bulk mail will not be sent to any users.
Ramsesx Posted December 5, 2022 Author Posted December 5, 2022 Since 3 days I try to send out a newsletter. Please add a quick fix. Thanks.

Ramsesx Posted December 6, 2022 Author Posted December 6, 2022 Edit, just seen the emails were not send, I have entries in the email logs: 56b06562b00d9a902401f6bd06ebb117 But if I run the test under acp email settings it sends out the testmail fine and I receive it. So my settings should be fine.
Marc Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 You would need to contact your email host about those, as those are errors being returned from your email provider
