My suggestion is to add "Alerts Saved Actions" where you can add saved titles to use and pick from whenever you send an alert to members instead typing them each time you are sending an alert. You cannot use stock replies for alert title dear. I believe you misunderstand my suggestion, and you mixed between Alert title and Alert Content.
