Rulex Posted September 27, 2022 Posted September 27, 2022 Hi All, We have seen that Invision provides the hosting both in US and EU. How can we check if our platform is hosted in US or EU region? Is it possible to migrate the hosting from US to EU ? If yes, is there any cost associated to that ? What is the procedure? Thanks for any help and support.

Our email provider tried to send us emails using other test address and we received them all...
Jim M Posted September 28, 2022 Posted September 28, 2022 If you are having issues receiving our emails, it would be recommended to change your email address on file to gmail, outlook, or something else. There are a wide range of emails that come from us and certain staff working certain times that it would make more sense to do this than transfer support to private messages.
