Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
David Tingen Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 Please help. Web page does not display properly, everything is out of format
Solution Jim M Posted August 31, 2022 Solution Posted August 31, 2022 I would first suggest clearing the cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches. The ACP may look weird but will still function. If you're still having issues after that, please ensure the credentials in the Client Area are up to date and we can take a look: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.  SeNioR- 1

If you mean that a user is being logged in as another user, this sounds like caching on your server which is incorrectly caching the whole page or a session. You would need to work with your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance. If that is not what you mean, please elaborate. Randy Calvert and Mark H 2
David Tingen Posted August 31, 2022 Author Posted August 31, 2022 Thanks. It was a cache problem with Sucuri
Mark H Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 Thank you for updating the topic with the cause, and we're glad you got this issue resolved. 🙂 (For anyone reading.... "sessions" should never be cached, for this and other reasons.) Senior2323 1
