Posted June 10, 20222 yr Hi, anyone can share about monday.com integration with ips? how feasible it is? I want to share public board for customers. One board for one customer, but customer will see that board updates from our ips website. So I can structure one area for one customer, then related board will appear inside of each private area. Through that way customer from ips see public board of monday.com Yes, each updates of the board will send alert to ips customer.

We create an item, put content in update, the trigger send that item as topic title, update as topic content to ips Support forum (topic only can not see by others members) When member reply from ips, it send that data to Update of that item....
