latest activity / discover page can be access even user is not logged in

We have this issue on a certain page, latest activity or the discover page, wherein, anyone can access, it should be for logged in users only, see attach screen

 

as you can see im on incognito mode and not logged in, but I can see that page, any help?

You would need to switch off the "content discovery" permission at a module level for guests. Please see the following guide, and look at the module permission section

Thanks Marc, is there a way to redirect to login?

There would be no way in which to redirect that page to login via removing permissions. You would need modification to achieve that

Yes, as Marc said adding a redirect to the login page can be done with a plugin. It would also be a quick thing to code.
