We are a cycling site and use cycling related ranks. Is there a way to manually change one members rank to the highest rank we have? Solution Marc Stridgen Posted January 10, 2022 Solution Share Posted January 10, 2022 First of all, very sorry to hear of the loss of one of your members to this horrible disease. Certainly that is no age for anyone to pass away. With regard the rank, the simplest way to do this would be to increase that members points to higher than the highest rank. You can do that manually from their account in your ACP by selecting "Manage points" under the Rank section of their account, then selecting Edit points at the top.
