InvisionHQ
Hi, I have just discovered a huge error log file on my server with this entry repeated thousands of times: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/example.com/public_html/datastore/widget_activeUsers_ons5o53js_760bfcc9a723e08a529d5de4b18491ca .5bca532ded.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/example.com/public_html/system/Data/Store/FileSystem.php on line 105 Any ideas/advice? Marc
Before anything else, have you cleared the datastore to ensure its not simply something that has failed to write properly? To do this you would go to Support, then select "Clear cache"
InvisionHQ
Yes I have tried but nothing has changed. Could it be a problem related to cloudflare?
Marc
There is very much a possibility of that, yes. I would suggest disabling that completely. Especially while trying to diagnose issues.
InvisionHQ
uhm... no it doesn't. I disabled cloudflare to try and the problem persists. Problem that may be related to this widget (who is browsing) quirks: does not see me and only puts the comma. After x minutes it updates and I start to appear.
