I have 8 RSS feeds in Blogs 4.5 B9 and I have to update them manually. Is there a way to auto update them. The RSS feed in Blogs is at the front end and not in the ACP.

You would need to go to each blog and edit it on the front end.

Can this feature be put on the whiteboard to be included in the ACP?   

I can't edit this on the front of site if the blog is managed by a group. not without going to the ACP and logging in as a user.

Yes, you have to go into edit and save the RSS feed again each time you want to update. Not really a great way to do it. Is there or will there be another way?

Of course, but that wasn't the question I was answering from the OP.
