I came across a wonderful plugin which should've been an integrated part of IPB but unfortunately isn't.

I would like to request an addon that would limit users from spamming the board and make the minimum character/word count to be a certain number before they can post.
A lot of users just post 'Thank you' to increase post count and leech.

There was a plugin for this but unfortunately it is not available for purchase and the developer seems to be away - https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8822-ne-content-limits-for-editor/

If anyone can make something similar for me, that would be great! I am sure, there are also a lot of other users looking for something similar like this.
