You may be able to PM the author @pro-dev for a private purchase.  There's another Hebrew translation by @IceCore (https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8850-hebrew-translation-42/

Keep in mind that IPS disables purchases for a good reason.  This means you want to clearly agree on the support / renewal / development policy with the author before any private transaction.

Have you contacted the user @IceCore ? as seem he might have one if not then yes might have to trabslate yourself.

You can translate it yourself and sell it on marketplace thus others will have the opportunity to use it as well.

I have, Waiting for him to reply. I thought I'd pursue another avenue in the meanwhile.

Not that much. 😀 I would say it will take a couple of weeks. It’s nice because you can make some money out of it. 

That's really not my aim at the moment. At the moment we have a forum without the appropriate language...

That only shows the translated content to the admin who translated it. It says "This will only affect your account".

Nope. It will only allow admins to translate. If a member click and hold a text it won’t allow to translate. 

Just try it!
