bfarber Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 Usually this error occurs because an error happened on the server side which couldn't be caught (e.g. out of memory - PHP affords no opportunity or method to catch this error and show something nicer). If you know how to use browser developer tools, you can probably watch the network request and see what the actual response from the server is in order to get a better idea of what is happening. If the issue is occurring on your site (as opposed to this site), feel free to submit a ticket so we can take a look and help identify the problem.
