ahc Posted May 25, 2019 Share Posted May 25, 2019 Is there not a way for file owners to see a purchase list rather than only a downloads history for paid files? My members keep complaining about how it's a pain having to sift through pages and pages of downloads history to make a manual purchase list for record keeping purposes since some downloads provide multiple files, and their customers download the files multiple times causing the list to have several upon several duplicates. The downloads history list is fine, working as intended and not requesting for it to be removed or changed, but I'm kinda surprised there's no built in way for a file owner to more accurately and conveniently track their customers on site.
