After the update to 4.4 only major error that I can see so far that I can not work out regards and fix is the members edit option.

Same error each time when I go to members profile

The profile issue is theme related. You should ask the designer for a 4.4 compatible version.

2. Please make sure that your CLI php version also runs on PHP 7

@Daniel F  @Joel RTheme is already updated. Also disable options that might affect it. And regards the default theme, doesn't work ether still!  

Clean default theme installed and works!

The format of the custom fields array changed in 4.4 and your profile template will need to be updated if it was customized (I ran into this updating a client's site/theme yesterday).
