bfarber Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 The error message is fairly clear. It would happen if there isn't a validation record for the link the members are following. The first step I would take is to upgrade to the latest release, and then confirm if the issue is still occurring. If it is, I would recommend submitting a ticket. Genestoy Posted February 26, 2018 Author Share Posted February 26, 2018 Thanks Brandon, found out that folks were clicking on the forgotten password link while logged in so that was the issue but I did go ahead and upgrade to 4.2.7 anyway and I have to tell you that was the easiest upgrade that I have done since I have been with IPS since 2003!
