jair101 Posted February 15, 2017 Share Posted February 15, 2017 I am doing test migrations from 3.4 to 4.x and for some reason search is not working. By not working I mean not working at all, showing 0 results for keywords that should bring hundreds. Can someone point me to some steps to troubleshoot the issue? Maybe try to replicate the search query directly in the database? I guess part of the problem is that I am using cyrillic and my 3.4 database was converted form latin1 to utf8. Not sure if this is a contributing factor. But any advice will be appreciated. During the migration from 3.4 to 4.1 I switched from mysql to mariadb if that is of any significance. Does this mean there is something going on with IPS software? Activity streams are also blank, regardless of what settings I try to apply, so for some reason search is dead. Any ideas?
