SJ77
Thinking of enabling referrals. Where does the money earned come from? Example1 (20% admin commission enabled. ) Seller A has file for sale $10 If member buys Admin gets %20 thus $2.00 and Seller A gets $8 Example 2 (20% Referral enabled. & 20% admin commission enabled. ) Seller A has file for sale $10 MemberA refers MemberB MemberB buys SellerA file (and qualifies MemberA for referal credit) Questions: are for example 2: how much will SellerA get? How much will Admin get? How much will MemberA get?

SJ77
yes, referral can be a link or an image. (those are the only options I know of, are there others?) Here is what I want: File is sold for $10, thus buyer pays $10 Seller gets $8 MemberA who refers buyer gets $2.00 (credit) Admin gets $2.00 $8 + $2 + 2 = $12... Admin ultimately pays the $2 credit to the seller once memberA redeems his credit. IS that possible? What I do not want. Seller gets $6.00 MemberA gets $2.00 Admin gets $2.00 In other words I want to invest in the referral program as a means of advertising without it costing my sellers money for me to run this program. opentype
Sounds like a normal question for a support topic — clarifying the software functionality. That's part of the scope of support questions. If you get an answer there feel free to report it here. I am also interested.

I feel like these are the same exact scenarios, but with different referral percentages. Scenario A Seller gets 66% MemberA gets 16% Admin gets 16% Scenario B Seller gets 60% MemberA gets 20% Admin gets 20%
SJ77
It is the same question. @Joel R I tried to make it simple enough that someone can say "yes, that's how it works" Here is what I want: File is sold for $10, thus buyer pays $10 Seller gets $8 MemberA who refers buyer gets $2.00 (credit) Admin gets $2.00 $8 + $2 + 2 = $12... Admin ultimately pays the $2 credit to the seller once memberA redeems his credit. IS that possible? Can someone give me a solid yes or no answer? thank you
Joel R
I think as @opentype suggested, you should send in a Support Ticket to the Client Area for IPS response.
