After a recent attack on my site last night, I've switched over to SSL.  The issue I'm having is some, not all, of my images are broken and not found.  When I go into the directory and perform a search, the images are there but with a bunch of different numbers that I guess get added after upload.  The differ though from the numbers in the url that the page is looking for.  I've run support to clear cache but this hasn't seemed to have helped.

Can someone suggest something?

If you just went onto a SSL and needed to change server IP/name servers etc... that could take up to 24 hours to complete the process. Sometimes you'll see old information until everything propagates.
