Photos next to topics?

Is there a way to add photos next to each topic in a topic list in a forum?  See this image to see what I mean.

What I would like is somne way to display an image from the first post in the topic, even narrow it down to it automatically displaying the first photo from the topic. So the first photo posted in each topic would display at the end of the green arrows above. So topic 1 would display the first photo from topic one, Topic 2 would display the first photo from Topic 2 etc. Not sure if this is even possible, but would be great if there is a way to do it. Obviously the image would need to be scalled to a thumbnail image to keep things displaying nicely. Any help mucho appreciated.

No problem Adriano, quite like that plugin too but the other one is perfect for our needs. Thanks for your help anyways mate, always appreciated ;-)
