g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Yeah I update my ips and my my page is now just showing a white page on mobile and on desktop it's giving a server error. Wtf...
g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 One sec Here's system log Should I perhaps upload the current version files?
g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Could this be my problem? You are running MySQL version 5.5.45-cll-lve. While this version is compatible, we recommend version 5.6.2 or above. i mean I have this on there since I created the site and it's never had a problem
Tom Irons Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 When I say logs, we need the contents of the files. but by looking at the screenshot I would say you need to contact support for this one.
g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 what does this mean, this is an error its giving me in my error log [Wed Apr 06 22:43:16.161462 2016] [fcgid:warn] [pid 600836:tid 139960615163648] [client XXX.XX.xxx.xxx:xxx] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class IPS\\Login\\_Steam contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (IPS\\Login\\_LoginAbstract::canProcess) in /home/gintersauce/public_html/system/Login/Steam.php on line 277, referer: http://www.thedivisionforums.com/
Daniel F Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 It means that your 3rd party stream login isn't compatible with the current version
EmpireKicking Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Have you sent an support ticket to the team? That's the best option
g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Getting an error trying to access the login handler ugh
EmpireKicking Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 I can't even get on your site, keeps timing out
g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Yeah thats the problem, theres no reason for the timeout though. I can access my ACP, well most of it anyway. 16 minutes ago, EmpireKickAss said: Have you sent an support ticket to the team? That's the best option Yes I have, just now

g1nt3r Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Ok so I deleted that Steam file and now it works. So does that Plugin need to be updated to work or is there something I need to do to make it work?
newbie LAC Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 This? In version 2.0.2 implemented method canProcess. I think you use old version
