Jim M Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 In IPS4, the theme is responsive so there is no targeting of browser/devices and serving a different "skin" like in 3.x, we are targeting screen-sizes and "responsively" adjusting the same theme's layout via CSS for each screen-size (you can see this by shrinking the width of your browser of your desktop). This means that if you use the default theme, you should not have to worry about mobiles.
