Where is rating and truncate option in IP content 4.0.8.1

I am recently testing IPB 4.0.8.1 and I have big data to move in new IP Content. Appreciate if someone here can help me find below options:

• How to trim (truncate) field in listing view, like before?
  Truncate in listing (Number of characters to truncate field content at in listing template. Use 0 to not truncate.)
• How to add rate articles in IP content?
