Has anyone received any reports from their users stating that the editor is not working when they want to reply to a thread?

 

I have gotten a few reports, and I am trying to narrow down possible causes. I don't have the issue myself, but from what users are telling me, I assume it looks something like this:

Yes, I have gotten numerous reports about this. The only complaints I get are with the editor and it it literally every day.

Me too. Sometime users can not click in it. They click but the editor neither get the focus nor a blinking cursor.

Same happens to me on this forums sometimes. Using Chrome 64 bit. Windows 7.

I know that there is an issue with Opera 12 using an outdated webkit version, or something. The users who reported this to me were using the latest version of FireFox. From what I gather most of them have fixed it by fiddling with addons, but I don't know if this worked for everyone.
