I ensured that mod_rewrite is enabled on my server and I am also using it for another domain without issue. When I try to enable the option via the admin panel the "switch" turns itself off and I get this message -"The rewriting does not seem to be working. Make sure you have uploaded the .htaccess file correctly or contact technical support for assistance."I tried to download the provided .htaccess a couple of times and nothing changed. LukasGr. Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 I got the same issue but nothing I can do against. My hosting provider is not allowing some of the code needed in the htaccess file.
