Michael Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 I have email subscriptions for all of my downloads support topics, and I've not gotten any emails notifying me about new replies for a while, at least since yesterday. Same with email notifications for new personal messages. As I've not seen any mention of this issue, I wanted to post and make sure you were aware.

Brunlea Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 I tried to reset my password via the forums, and got no e-mail. I tried twice. I did the same once via the customer log-in on the portal, and got the e-mail straight away.
