Gunnar94 Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 The next version will have a setting where you can set that mouse over to whatever you want.
Jimi Wikman Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 I get error installing: Fatal error: Call to undefined method class_awards::awardsInit() in forum/admin/applications_addon/other/awards/modules_admin/awards/awards.php on line 307
Gunnar94 Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 That file does not exist in (inv) Awards, please make sure you have deleted all files from any previous awards applications you may have had installed.
Viper V2 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 if we have the beta version of 2.2.3 is there any reason to upgrade to the full 2.2.3?
Gunnar94 Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 Not if you aren't experiencing any errors.
Mr Washington Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Not if you aren't experiencing any errors. When can I expect the hook to set the awards in the signature instead of the user author pane? You told me via PM over a month ago you would work on it!
Gunnar94 Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 And I am, but the answer to your question: I have adopted the same policy as IPS (you'll just love it), it will be done.... when it's done! Edit, here's the proof:

Edit, here's the proof: that's fine! I just never heard anything back so I was wondering! Can not wait for it! I would have made it myself (almost did) but php coding is my weakness lol. Can you send me a PM when its available? Also I like your policy. That's my policy on everything!
The_Welsh_One Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Not sure if this has been mentioned already. But it would be fantastic if the member awarded receives PM automatically congratulating them. Love thsi application. Cheers
Pupette Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Is version 2.2.3 still compatible with IPB 3.1.4? I just installed this on my demo 3.1.4. board (fresh install) and I am getting this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method IPSMember::makeProfileLink() in /home/board/public_html/forums/admin/applications_addon/other/awards/extensions/profileTabs/awards.php on line 67 Is there a fix? Thx
Mister Blonde Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Any idea of when you may implement it to automatic give awards for actions? (Award 1 - first post, Award 2 - 100 uploads, Award 3 - 100 posts etc)
Mister Blonde Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Awesome, good to hear your working on it. I shall be getting this the second that comes available :D
Morozzz Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Where I can translate "Awards" tab name in profile view?/admin/applications_addon/other/awards/extensions/profileTabs/awards.conf.php
DeRealDeano Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 how do I set it so I don't have to go in CP to award members? thanks.
Gunnar94 Posted October 9, 2011 Author Posted October 9, 2011 Do the following: 1. Go to your System Settings in the ACP 2. Click the tab which says awards 3. Go into the settings group "Public Awarding" Once you are there, you can alter those settings to your liking. By default, only administrators are allowed to award on the public side, so to enable that ability for other member groups you must do the following: 1. Navigate to (inv) Awards in the "Other Apps" menu 2. Go to "Public Awarding Permissions" Once you are on that page you can manage the public awarding permissions by clicking the red crosses to enable, or clicking the green checks to disable.

Subdreamer Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Any idea of when you may implement it to automatic give awards for actions? (Award 1 - first post, Award 2 - 100 uploads, Award 3 - 100 posts etc) I would love that feature! I would even pay for it! I could use some 'Achievements'. ;) No idea, currently working on it. That's great to hear! I can't wait for this feature! Thanks for sharing this with us! :)
