chilihead Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Had to disable the hooks anyway, they conflict with 3.3 Mobile theme.
Ravage Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 i am using the old one on 3.3 and it works good. only issue is on IE menus show expanded on IPContent
Robert Simons Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 i am using the old one on 3.3 and it works good. only issue is on IE menus show expanded on IPContent don't give these users false hope .. unless your using themes that are not 3.3 complaint (or don't have..nor ever plan to use IPC) ..it will not work .. since 3.3 and the release of IPC's IP.Navigation, the global template has changed, adding in a new hook point for menus that comes before the hook point used by this application, which results in no menus being rendered this does not include the issues mentioned above with mobile templates
jackflash Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 We're quickly approaching 3.3.2 and still no upgrade :(
7Bya9K&Q Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 We're quickly approaching 3.3.2 and still no upgrade  We're quickly approaching 3.3.2 and still no upgrade  That may very well be why. There are a lot of things in 3.3.1 that need to be addressed by IP and Fusion Menu makers probably know it is right around the corner. No point in making a 3.3.1 update for the mod, having everyone update their stuff, and then having to do it again in a couple weeks.

If your assumption is correct, than the people who make this app should be the ones posting to that effect.

jackflash Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 The cost of this wasn't a big deal and if someone remade it, I'd purchase it from them.
chilihead Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 People are moving to Pro Menu. Guess I'll chalk this up to a loss.
Loren Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 From the authors website "Sorry guys, I had hoped to release over this week, but I've been ill with the flu and haven't been able to do so. I'm looking to get this out later this week, winter flu permitting."

jackflash Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 People are moving to Pro Menu. Guess I'll chalk this up to a loss. I've been looking at Pro Menu too - seems to have great support. The price is good, but it's more of a product than I need.
chilihead Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 Check out the one with less features.http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/5083-promenu/
7Bya9K&Q Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 I completely agree. They should be updating us as much as possible. I was just saying what the most logical rationale is behind this. I'm no happier than any of you. Especially since I still have an active support ticket that has gone unanswered for almost 2 months now.
chilihead Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Enough waiting. I'm moving to ProMenu. This one is dead and they didn't answer my support ticket on their site dated 4/24. Money down the drain.
Aselox Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 They lost another costumer. I'm moving to ProMenu as well. Bye bye Fusion menu.

jackflash Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Robert Simmons, who runs Pro Menu has answered and helped with my Fusion questions. . .more than Fusion itself. Pretty laughable.
chilihead Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Agreed. ProMenu is the deal! The product works much better (compliant with IP.Content pages, without the duplicate tab activation issue), more features, and fantastic support! He literally replies to PMs in seconds. Cheers.
Leo Light Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 Hello..I purchased this menu a long time ago, and just upgraded to 3.3.x and now it does not work...Will you be upgrading your fusion menu for the current ipb version?
chilihead Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 He hasn't answered that question since April. I'd suggest ProMenu if you want to get up and running today.
