Is there a reason why this page is outdated using the old site design? Doesn't seem like piracy is a major concern for IPS...

It's just because it's not easy to change - it uses specifically written software rather than just a static html page and would need the person who wrote that to change it.
Plus, since it's a non-marketing page, it's not a top priority that it look pretty (like Ian says, it still does the same job).

Ideally, yes, it should be changed, but it's not indicative of our view towards piracy, it's more indicative to our view of how developers' time is best spent :)

Someone once jokingly said that it's the one page that doesn't get changed as some sort of inside joke, like it's been so long and always overlooked that now it's a tradition.
