Any idea what could be causing this?

It all seemed to be working fine and then I went in there today and this is what I got.

Probably the daily maintenance going on. Try again in about 5 more minutes and it should be working.

Sam here, then IPS front page went down and now my forum has went down.

Chat still not responding. This does not bode well.

Likewise - no chat and no access to client area. I just assumed it was my site - been having troubles all week...

A big upgrade perhaps ?

but why did it have to happen right now when the chat is mostly used, during a celtic match argh I have about 25 people all using the shoutbox instead.

I hope since they dont give us the option to host this ourselves, that there is staff around to fix problems like these all days of the week, specially for those who pay for this addon.

Yes our chat is down too (looks like the IP site is also down). Wasting my time thinking it was my fault. I hope it's return soon.

My chat room is also down, with the message:

We're experiencing some network issues impacting our own web site. It's also impacting the chat. Should be resolved soon.

Hey, any chance of offering package with 100/125 users instead of going from 50 straight to 250?

I asked that. But they said not currently. Otherwise I would of gotten the 100 instead of the 50.
