IonCube and the beta versions

Did the betas come with an automatic expiration limit attached to them via the IonCube software? Just wondering as I've seen several forums that used the betas now have an expired kernal file.

This is why you should NEVER use beta software in a live environment.

Even if you originally started out with a BETA then upgraded to an RC, I'm finding the ionCube encoded files still stating that it's expired. Should the upgraded RC's be saying this too?

Wasn't me, it was a friend of mine. His tech admin messaged me asking if I knew what was up, I didn't. I just a really good guess. :P

No, it shouldn't. RC isn't based on IonCube.

The betas were encoded with an expiration date, yes. I believe all of those expiration dates have now passed. The RC releases do not have an expiration date, nor are they encoded.
