i'll start writing my mods on rc versions but won't update till its stable and final.

Yep I think so ...

will wait for gold

Same here.

Actually I put no because I'm moving to a different domain, so what I'll do is keep my current site as a test site or whatever for now and start the new one with RC1.

I voted no. I'm patient :P

Hey but what's up? with the MOD'S?

In this version will be the same?

IPB 2.2 Install a MOD

and one week later 2.2.1 the MOD is bad :(

solutions please!

No. I'm gonna wait till its in its final release

Wow, we're up to 2.2.1 already?

Why not guys? Just because you're scared of something going wrong?

I need time to convert all of my mods that I use, I'm not going to upgrade if it means I lose anything. So I will most likely not be upgrading until final.

I'm waiting for the Final too.

Dunno, I make backups everyother day no prob. but what I am unsure of if anyone puts this rc1 on a live forum would they beable to upgrade to the final V.? My vote unsure

I really want 2.2 really badly, but I need to wait for the arcade mod developers to put out a 2.2 patch. So I guess I can wait :P

I'm going to wait also :)

Upgrade a full backup not usable but by me..

Make the last modification to my skins..

and wait for final version..

Cheers

I'm waiting for final, as I need time for the mods I use to be ported to 2.2

You shouldn't upgrade your board until IPB 2.2.0 Final ils released, the RC status doesn't mean that it is exempt of bugs. You can start testing the upgrade locally (with a test board), but not in a live environment.

No, because you don't run non-final code on your live system. It's just common sense.

I'm waiting until it's finished. I have a number of things I need to do to it first anyway.

Aw I really want the features now! I don't wanna wait months!

Assuming it is unencoded, so I can fix things if they start screwing up... I'll probably upgrade. :)

I might wait a few days to see if any major problems occur.
