like on vb. will help stop cheating

+1 (though I'd like that info only to be viewable by admins)

i want that too. i had a cheat attempt, someone going for a prize. it was just luck that i caught him.

Should be a modification I think. Many people just wouldn't be comfortable with that, and anonymous polls should remain anonymous.

in vb, if you want it to be anonymous, it will be. The poll creator has 2 choices for the type of poll: public or anonymous.

It's an extra feature that comes in quite handy on my debate site (making polls public).

However, my question is: How can someone "cheat" using IPB's poll system just because it's anonymous? Does the IPB poll allow unregistered and repeated votes?

+1
I think this should be an option to turn off and on depending on the Admin. It should be only viewable by Admins (Root) and allowed to be viewed by Mods, Staff, etc. This should not be a modification. Just my 3 cents.

Admin or moderator must see who voted in poll (login + ip) and what he voted

I'm all for this, but it should be optional, the user chooses if he wants his poll to be public or not.
If not, not even the admins should be able to view that. It would give polls a lot more flexibility.

So can an admin see who voted for what in a poll?

+1 for this addition. Just a list of WHO voted in the poll would be great. We don't have to know how they voted.

Does anyone know if there's a mod for this?

I think that on IZE there is one or more mods for that..
