  1. PM's going unanswered. This has been a problem for over 5 months now. I'm patient, but this is seriously affecting a large live site and I've paid for this product that is not working.
  2. 3 weeks is "frequently" - and puts me last???? WTH? I'm the one who has been very patient. Take your time - I've waited 3+ months and apparently now I'm the bad guy.
  3. @Michael.J - any news on when you can pick up the Support? I still have a very large live site in a broken state.

    Currently not working and no support or replies since early Feb.

  6. What I don't understand is why you are ignoring my PMs, Support Topic replies, and comments on your profile about the Auto Lock Topics plugin? You've left me hanging for months with no acknowledgement. I don't get it. Why are you ignoring me?

  8. I have PMd multiple times, I have posted in the Support Topic. I understand you may be a busy person, but please acknowledge and help your customers who have large, production sites and have invested in your apps.

  9. I give up. No replies to PMs, and no replies here from the script author. There's clearly a bug with this script across three test sites now.

  11. Anyone else having trouble with this plugin not working 100% all of the time? We have it set to auto lock topics after 14 days (for classifieds ads within a sub-forum), but to also tag the thread Expired. It does lock the topics, but does not mark the topic Expired in all cases. Have installed the plugin on a second forum, and it too has the exact same problem. Have contacted @Michael.J directly a few times but not getting a response. Might need to uninstall this one as it clearly has a bug, or we do, but I can't get help to resolve it.

  13. I have this morning had to disable new registrations from our large 150,000+ user community due to what must be a bot registering spam accounts. I have all the usual registration features in place (captcha etc). But in the last 24 hours I've had over 2500 registrations. Every one is passing the Spam Defence score (1), and they are activating their email. They are all using different IP addresses from across the world so an IP ban is out of the question. I have all new registrations locked into a very limited use New Member user group that does not give them any access until they introduce themselves, but I made the mistake of allowing this group to still have limited PM access. Unfortunately as they learned they couldn't spam our board they have started PM'ing random members with dating site links, each account up to their 5 PM a day limit. I have now of course disabled sending PMs from this new group, but it's not stopping the hundreds of registrations still coming per hour. I've manually banned all the accounts, but what else can I do? The only consistency I can see is a random female name followed by 4 numerals.

  17. "[[Template core/front/global/mobileNavBar is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]" Getting this error now on a custom but 4.5 compatible theme. Any pointers on what to look for?
  18. Version 2.0.5.2 I appreciate you think its working, but I have had four members complain via email they're unable to access that page because of the roadblock.
  19. I have another problem. It is working correctly, and encourages members to login, however once they trigger the threshold if they click Forgot Password they can't actually get to the page to reset their password because of this roadblock.
