@Jim M sorry for x2 mention for today.
The problem wasn't from the template actually. It was from Third Party Application "Community Map".
I disabled it and now It's working.
! Attention for all clients.
When you update your IPS Version to IPS v4.7+ and you get template errors first of all try disabling one by one the plugins & applications to make sure that one of the plugin / application isn't the culprit.27 minutes ago, Jim M said:That would indicate that the template there is not compatible with the latest release and you'll need to work with the author to ensure it is compatible.

Since the new update you cannot anymore modify the CORE Files (which I agree with). Before you could edit the files and even revert to default files if you ever had a problem with an outdated template.
But I can still help you, if you want. Since this topic is useless because of the template beeing out of date, I will continue to speak with you on private.

After 5 years or maybe even more of using Invisioncommunity packages until 4.6+ I was pretty happy with everything. Now there are some new updates coming out every now and then.. Especially now with the latest update 4.7 a lot of plugins aren't working anymore. I have this problem with "Couldn't get the list of blocks.." on manage blocks on 3 or 4 suites.
The suggestion for today is:
Plugins such as, 'General Statistics', 'Who Was Online', 'Group Name Indicator' should be directly implemented to the invision community packages for installation.
It would help a lot of community owners and even businesses with these plugins.. Because with all the updates going on now, we get new features but also a lot of problems for current plugins already installed on our website.
Please consider my suggestion and try implementing it. As a invisioncommunity client I'm pretty satisfied with the services provided, but we need a little bit more. -
I'm afraid that this new update isn't such usefull.. Because we are forced now to move on php 8.0.0 in order to for things to work out. My clients are updateing their invisioncommunity version every single time when there is a new one, I told them to wait, to take it easy... Only after 2, 3 or even 4 updates to updat their version, now they are crying to me that the plugins aren't working...
Here is a little recommendation from my side:
1. Try adding "Who Was Online" by defalut in your packages and to make them to work with every update you make... Same for "General Statistics", "Group Name Indicator"... This are some of the plugins you can do it directly into our invisionsuite package instalation. So we will not have this problem anymore.. -

I already tried 8.1 but it's not working either, 7.4 is not working. The page isn't loading at all, 7.1 it's working but the same error "Couldn't get avbl. blocklist" or smth like that.
I don't know what to do. I don't really want to go in deeper cuz I don't have the time for that but I could. I have something in mind but If that still doesn't work.. That's it I give up. -

You would need to troubleshoot the error then, I'm afraid. An Internal Server Error is very much like the check engine light on your car. It says something is wrong but not exactly what or where. You would need to get the server error log entry for the issue and resolve any server-based error there. We can take a peak at the error but if it is not related to our core software, I'm afraid, it would be outside our scope of support.
Okay. I understand, if you wanna take a peak and maybe find something it would be nice. After that we will see what to do after.

This appears to be an issue with the "Who Was Online" plugin. Once I enable that plugin, I am receiving a 500 Internal Server Error. You would want to check your server error log entries for the error it is producing on your server and resolve any issues related to it with the server. If the error is related with the plugin, you will want to contact the author for assistance.
The thing is, even if we install plugins from marketplace we still get that error.

I don't understand why you got so angry about the fact that I didn't specify the reason. This is help & support area, I asked for help / advice.
It's simple, you could've just replied with "Yes, you can use |escape:"html" but on the end of the line or something, not to ask for the reason."....!!! The reason doesn't need to be specified. You have a lovely day.

Hello there, you can try one more thing if you wish.
Go to themes and activate the designer mode.
After that just follow the steps from the image I left down below.2. Wait until the designer mode was builded on all of your templates.
3.4. After that, when you are done, press on this button again and follow the last steps from the image that I left you down below.
Now, maybe this isn't the right way to do it, but when ever I had a problem like that, I just did this what I showed you in the images and everything worked again (90.99% sure) 😄 😛

I would suggest starting with the following:
- Looking to see if you have mod_security (or other security modules, even things like CloudFlare) enabled on your server and disable it for testing. It could be with all the applications/plugins that are installed, it has exceeded a limit on your server.
- If it's not mod_security or any other security module, disable all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme. If it works now, it is one of those that you disabled so you will want to enable one-by-one.
Hi again, I tried to do all of those things you've mentioned but still not working, probably I'm doing something wrong ?
As @dndarknight said, only after you install a plugin from marketplace or even a custom one, the managing blocks would not work anymore. But if there are no plugins, than everything works perfectly.

Could you please give me the error log from public_html where your suite in installed?
How did you upgrade it?
What php version do you use?
Did you trying solving this problem by yourself?
Did you ask your host provider to look deeper into this for you?
Did it work after you upgraded?
If yes, what did you change / added / removed when you got this errors?
