  1. That's really odd as I'm still being contact by members claiming to have the issue. These two members below in the past 24 hours.

As I mentioned before I've logged in on many of these accounts myself and don't see the issue either but yet they all claim the same thing. Very strange.

  2. Hi Jim

Yes here are some examples from our most popular download. I've tried signing in as some of these members and don't have the problem.

'I'm sure it's all very simple to follow but not being very technologically literate myself I'm having a hard time figuring out how to bloody download the badges hahaha, it seems to be telling me to log in, which I have done, however for the life of me I still can't see a download button

    *EDIT*
Posting this comment seems to have sorted out the issue!'

  3. Thanks @Adriano Faria

It's actually the opposite that I'm looking to do. I simply only require members to register to download and for some reason now have to leave a review to do so. This is how I've always had things set up.

Some are now claiming they are being logged out of the site when attempting to download and the only fix is to leave a review and it works fine. It does not seem to effect most members but only new members.

Again I have not changed any settings, permissions etc.

Sorry, could I clarify here. You want people to review prior to downloading, and not have them review after?

    Hi Mark

Members should be allowed to download once they've registered and reviews are optional. This is how the site has operated since opening.

However, now for some reason they are having to leave a review to be able to download.

I haven't changed any permissions at all and when I check everything looks fine. I'm unsure as to how this has happened so I was curious if anyone had any ideas.

  5. Hi

I've been having an issue on my site for a few weeks which only allows new members to download content from the downloads area when they leave a review. I haven't made any changes to the downloads permissions or any other permissions such as groups so I'm a bit lost on this one.

My normal set up allows users to download any content once they are registered.

Has anyone seen this before or know a solution please?

  6. @teraßyte Basically navigating from page to page seems to take anywhere between 4-7 seconds and at times can be much longer. Previously it had been quite fluid with any page loading in less than 1-2 seconds.

These are pages which I haven't changed or added to in anyway since the migration. Everything had been working really well but all of a sudden that's changed.

@Randy Calvert Yes I've moved to a new VPS recently. Thanks I will check that out.

    I appreciate the help.

  7. I've moved recently to self hosting on November 6th and all has been going fine.

All of a sudden my site has become extremely slow over the past couple of days despite the server being very fast. I haven't made any changes to the site or added plugins etc.

All tasks, cron jobs are running and I have also got everything checked with my hosting provider with all looking good on their side.

Any suggestions or ideas as to how the site could become so slow so quick?

  8. Hi guys,

I've run into a few issues when setting up RSS Feeds and I'm wondering if there is anyone who can advise me on how to resolve this.

When I add the below details it does not accept it stating "That is not a valid RSS or Atom feed". However when I add another in the very same way there is no problem.

Any ideas on how I can import this information correctly?

    Not working

    Working

I'm trying to avoid using any third party applications so any help at all would be great.

    Thanks

  9. Hi,

I've just purchased this application and it's great.

Two questions.. Is it possible for new videos from a YouTube channel to automatically be added/uploaded to a category and if so how do you do it?
