That code has typographic quotation marks, not the proper characters like ".

Changed code to this and still no difference:

    <div data-tf-widget="YK82aKga" data-tf-opacity="100" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Thread/DM Support Immediate Feedback - Mentor Instigated (Es)" data-tf-transitive-search-params data-tf-medium="snippet" style="width:100%;height:500px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>

    Oooof....seeing the code...change this:

    <div data-tf-widget=“XXX” data-tf-opacity=“100" data-tf-iframe-props=“title=Thread/DM Support Immediate Feedback - Mentor Instigated (Es)” data-tf-transitive-search-params data-tf-medium=“snippet” style=“width:100%;height:500px;“></div><script src=“//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js”></script>

    to this:

    <div data-tf-widget="XXX" data-tf-opacity="100" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Thread/DM Support Immediate Feedback - Mentor Instigated (Es)" data-tf-transitive-search-params data-tf-medium="snippet" style="width:100%;height:500px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>

There's no iframe tag in the code, so it's irrelevant

Ty! Still no luck. Here's the URL incase it's helpful:

As Typeform isn't a supported oembed I'm going to hazard a guess that your embed code includes an iframe and you need to add the domain to the allowed iframe bases in the Editor settings in the ACP.

Good point. Just added that but made no difference. Here's the code with the form reference removed incase that gives any clues:

    <div data-tf-widget=“XXX” data-tf-opacity=“100" data-tf-iframe-props=“title=Thread/DM Support Immediate Feedback - Mentor Instigated (Es)” data-tf-transitive-search-params data-tf-medium=“snippet” style=“width:100%;height:500px;“></div><script src=“//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js”></script>

  3. Hi,

We have quite an extensive language filter on our platform to flag and filter sensitive information. We have noticed that banned terms are able to be written in profile fields without holding/flagging the content. Is there a way to expand the language filter to filter ALL content posted on platform? It seems like this is a shortcoming with Invision.

An example would be us filtering out '@gmail.com' - if you post your gmail email in the forums, it'll be rejected, but you're free to post it on your profile bio and we won't even receive a notification. This defeats the object and is causing issues.

    Thanks

  4. Hi,

Have just read that support tickets will be depreciated. We use this functionality to provide confidential advice and support to young people who don't want to use the public forums to access help. Are there any alternative solutions or is it possible for us to keep this functionality as it is incredibly popular and many of our members really depend on it.

    Thanks,

    Liam

  5. Sure:

    Hi Liam,

Thank you for reaching out to Twilio Support, we are here to help you with any questions you may have regarding our services.

Twilio is replacing the Authy API with the Verify API, starting with the SMS/Voice Authentication features. We ended support for the SMS/Voice service of the Authy API on November 1, 2022, and we plan to fully deprecate it by May 1, 2023.

Given this, I'm sorry to say that we can't help you troubleshoot this SMS/Voice issue. However, we encourage you to migrate your users from the Authy API to the Verify API using the instructions available here. You can also see our documentation Getting Started with the Verify V2 API. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your business, and are here to help you make the transition as smooth as possible.

If you have any issues migrating to Verify, please let us know. We’ll be here to help.

    Kind regards,
    D Venkat Shyam.
    Twilio Support.

  6. Hey,

Have a few ideas on how the badge system can be improved quite easily. At the moment, a rule for example, may say that a badge is awarded when a member joins a club. A way of upgrading this rule would be to allow admins the option to select a SPECIFIC club. For example, if they join the 'LGBTQ+' club, members are awarded a Pride flag badge or something. It would also be super helpful to extend this to specifics on posting in a specific thread, following a specific member etc. - giving community managers more creative options for engaging members and the community.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

    Thanks,

    Liam

  7. Is there an issue with this? SMS enabled on our Authy plan but getting this error below Authy API key:

"The API key is valid, but does not have SMS enabled or SMS is not available on the Authy account's plan. Enable SMS with Authy or uncheck text messages from the settings below."

Hasn't been working for us for many weeks, possibly since latest update and can't figure out why?

  8. Hi all,

Hoped I could get some advice on multi-language communities. For context, we are a global youth charity and use our community to facilitate professional advice and support on a range of different topics. At present, all of our support is in English language only. We use Invision cloud based.

We are currently working on our Spanish brand which is due to launch in Mexico in Q1 2023. This brand has a different brand name, logo and slightly different identity. For year 1, we are hoping to pilot Whatsapp support and Invision-community based, to see where the demand is. Ideally, we'd like to avoid having 2 completely different communities and are exploring ways in which we may be able to merge the 2.

Ideally, we'd like the community to feel native whether you're English or Spanish speaking. Is this solution theoretically possible/are there any case studies or other ways of doing it? We'd ideally have a different theme for Mexico, a different URL and a Spanish language - all 3 automatically load if a member is browsing from Spanish territory. This community would then have a different experience with different forums (perhaps people registering in Spanish are added to a different user group and have different forum viewing privileges?) or alternatively we'd have a Spanish support Club that they are directed to. Any advice as to whether this would even work or if there's a better way of doing it? Would love to hear about how other communities manage multiple-language.

    Thanks,

    Liam
