Try to go to acp and run "get support" to clear the badly cache. And make sure the review star and content are required, you can not submit with stars only or content only, both are required for a review.

So is there no way to allow stars rating without writing a review? Can you include that in the future please?

There is many problems with the profiles blocks and hooking into them as there is 3 blocks what use the same
<div class="ipsWidget ipsWidget_vertical cProfileSidebarBlock ipsBox ipsSpacer_bottom"> codes, so if I try to put a hook into one of them it will also place it under/over the other 2 as well, I will look into another way and see what I come up with, I know a way to put it over the followers block but it was tested on 4.1 and only worked in default theme, I need a way so it will work on all, But I will look into it over this weekend

The 2.0.x versions are compatible with ips 4.2. It does not have the feature to create videos automatically, you have to create videos manually.
Try to run "get support" to clear the badly cache. If it still doea not work, give me acp access I will take a look.

All the payment stuff is handled by Commerce app. I just sent the amount, for whom will earn, etc. 
You are talking about PayPal fee, so it must be something done/set on PayPal account, not in the app itself.

question on PAYPAL WITHDRAWAL on classifieds. 
it seems that if setting is set to [ ] PAYPAL -  then on approval the payment automatically gets processed by PAYPAL as a MASS PAYOUT incurring an unexpected 2% PAYOUT fee.
as we are just processing single purchases is there a 'suggested' way to better set this up?
current process via classifieds checkout:
1. buyer purchases product -->Paypal deduct 2.9 or 4.4% from our paypal
2. seller withdrawal --> Paypal deducts another 2%. from our paypal
